The worst, most poorly managed, poorly coded software I have ever worked with.
You know the theory that says if you put 100 gorillas in a room full of typewriters for all eternity, eventually they’ll type out one of Shakespeare’s plays? This software is what they write on day 3.
This company’s customer service is also the worst I have ever experienced.
They have a send/receive messages feature that is supposed to allow you to send/receive messages to/from Safelite and Lynx. That function has not worked for us for over a year. We were initially told that it was because our computer was too old, so we purchased a new computer.
They reinstalled their software on our new computer but they did it poorly — so only half of the system pulled over as it should have from the old system (they admitted this to us on three separate occasions). The send/receive function still does not work. When we called to have that fixed, we were given a workaround where we could read our messages in the C: drive. That also stopped working. We were told to uninstall one of the antivirus apps that came with the computer (that we weren’t using anyway). They did that wrong as well, and now only files from 8 months ago and older can be found in our C: drive. Their excuse for all of this? “We sent in invoices filled in incorrectly.” The issue isn’t the invoices. The issue is the MAIL. We can edit invoices. We should not be expected to re-write the code of their entire system. (I’ve started to take coding classes for fun for another project and their code is absolute trash. I’m not sure if they had a freshman in high school write it for free as part of an internship or what, but it is not worth what they are charging you.)
